Thats excatley how i felt when i came back from Darwin.

I just made myself get up and pottered around the house or i would get in the car and go for a drive into town and have lunch with stephen.

I just realised that you probably dont have a car but even a little walk around the block would be great.

Just a few suggestions to help you feel better! Smile

lol, I did the same thing today! I knew who won the first time around, but it was nice...

I forced myself to clean the house before the boys got back with the groceries, but sitting down to watch the show, then work on the commercials does more than you think...

I wish I could walk around the block. If I were to do that... I probably wouldn't get back home. Either way I go outside my house, it's either up or down hill. it kinda bites because I love walking, but the walk on the way back up the hill is a KILLER.

Plus I pretty much stuffed myself with food today that consisted of two cups (kinda big) of milk and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with cashews on the side Very
Happy . BUT I did take my vitamins (had to wait for the food though) and it didn't seem to help my dizzyness either...

Why do I write paragraphs venting my problems? I'm sry guys, have to tell someone...

i think it's to do with the increase in blood volume. the headaches i've been having are immense!!!

yes unfortunatly its normal as long as you dont pass out or anything
it could also mean your body needs more iron
