I have OCD and AS to a mild degree. I made it through my freshman year of college (although it was miserable). Last year, my anxiety attacks were so bad that my resting heart rate while in the attacks was around 130. I noticed that since I take Concerta for my disorders, when it wears off, that's when I feel miserable. I normally am quite cheerful, but in the afternoons and evenings I feel really awful (especially if I'm alone). Anybody have any suggestions?
