Sounds very much like cystitis, i've had
it before, horrid stinging pain when
peeing and also wanting to go all the
time, even after you have just been.
Its very common and you can probably get
some medication over the counter from your
drugstore (talk to your pharmacist about
your symptons).
This is just a suggestions, I could be
wrong of course, so its always best to go
see your doctor if your worried about your
health.

ps. Not sure how getting medication
works in the us, so forgive me, im from
the uk
edit : just checked it out and cystitis is
a bladder infection which you will need
antibiotics for, so if it works over in
the us like here in england then you will
have to see your doctor to get them, we
cant buy antibiotics over the counter in
the uk.
