Q: There's a Way to Measure How Effective Your Vitamins Are

What if there is a way to measure how effective your vitamins are, would you take the initiative to put it to the test or would you be stubborn enough to say, "i've been using my vitamins for as long as i can remember, i'm just fine thank you..."

Just like when you want to know if you really do have a fever, you use the thermometer to validate what you're feeling. It's wise to use an instrument that would be able to show you the kind of lifestyle you have (stressful, unhealthy environment or not) and if what you are intaking is effective enough.

Is anyone here up for the challenge???

the Cutting Edge Instrument
As most of us know, the anti-oxidants are our body’s protectors from everyday exposure to free-radicals like tobacco smoke, toxic chemicals and sunlight, all driving forces against aging and harmful health conditions.
Higher level of anti-oxidants inside the body is a good thing, cause it means higher level of protection from environmental pollutants.

Technically, anti-oxidants are molecules inside the body that you can also get from the diet that specifically intercept free-radicals. One of the most powerful classes of anti-oxidant is the carotenoids.

Carotenoids are poweful antioxidants that are found in abundance in certain fruits and vegetables.

The instrument that can easily measure the carotenoid antioxidant levels in your body is the BioPhotonic Scanner.

How It Is Done: Scan Your Hand
Here is how you could get a reading of the anti-oxidant level in your skin:

Place palm in front of the low energy blue laser light that scans the antioxidant pigment. Once scanner begins to detect the pigment in the skin, the light turns from blue to green and eventually gives the body a defense score. Scanning last up to 5 minutes.

How Biophotonic Scanning Differs From Blood Testing
Aside from the fact that blood testing can take awhile for you to receive the result, it can only show the kind of food you ate the previous day, and not the kind of healthy / unhealthy lifestyle that you have.

the Scanner & Vitamin Supplement
The scanner will help you assess anti-oxidant levels and track changes to see if your multivitamin supplement and dietary changes improve your anti-oxidant levels.

If you do not take any supplement before being scanned, then you decided to start to take one type of vitamin after the scanning, you can very well see if your skin carotenoid score (SCS) has improved.

OR

You may take the test while consuming one type of supplement now and check how it is actually protecting your body. If your SCS level is still low after a month, you may shift to another type of supplement to see the difference.

I believe you may also use this to check whether the over the counter vitamin supplement is just as good as the more expensive ones...or not...

It is best to make an educated move, than to just go with the flow or make a wild guess...
