Q: blood in the white of one eye

there is no pain. Just looks awful. is this something that i should see a docotor about? No injury, no pain, no high blood pressure.

Given the description of “blood in the white of one eye”, you might be experiencing bleeding in the bulbar conjunctiva. Sometimes there is no bleeding present but severe inflammation and enlarged blood vessels (hyperemia) that can appear to look like blood or bleeding. That’s why you should see your doctor to distinguish if there is indeed bleeding present or only inflammation.
