A good powdered magnesium supplement can help you overcome your anxiety attacks. I also take valerian root as needed. I got away from zoloft because it is a drug and does not take care of the underlying cause of stress. I learned that drugs are very harmful to the body and to avoid them if you can find an alternative to actually cure the problem.

Also good natural anti-stress, anti-anxiety, anti-depression are:

st johns wort, sam-e, 5htp (tryptophan) & vitamin b's.
