have had radiothraphy going ok but have a
bitter taste in mouth no matter what i
eat, has anyone else had this problem ?
and how long will it last

Hi!
Radiotherapy, chemotherapy and cancer
itself can cause changes in sense of
taste. Usually, for most of the patients
these changes go away when the treatment
is completed. Metal and bitter taste
usually comes from meats.
You should eat more fruit and vegetable,
and proteins also because good nutrition
is important for the out coming results
from the treatment.
