It depends on how big the difference is between both testicles. The left testicle is usually a little larger than the right testicle. But normally the difference between both testicles is very small. But if there is some testicular inflammation, tumor, hydrocela or atrophy present the difference between the testicles would be much bigger. You can see your GP for an initial examination and then ask for a referral to a specialist, if necessary.
