Q: Penis erectile disfunction : masturbating w/ force on ecstasy an

6 weeks ago, I was masturbating quite forcefully under the influence of ecstasy and marijuana. I found it quite difficult so I used a 'jelqing' grip, where I grabbed the base of my penis with one hand, and jerked with the other. Since then, I have experienced some phenomona with my penis I can not explain:
1. Severe Erectile Dysfunction. My erections are very hard to get, and even harder to maintain. they collapse without a lot of manual stimulation. Even when i get erections, they will completely disappear if I stand.
2. Intermittent Dull Pain in shaft of penis on dorsal aspects just below the head.
3. Firmness of the penis in a flaccid shape. My penis has actually changed shape. In its flaccid state, the penis feels somewhat firmer. It loosk bigger and weightier too. I am fearing permanent damage. I want to know a)what can cause firmness in a flaccid penis? b) what can cause the penis to lose rigidity whilst standing? (I've heard venous leaks do the opposite)

You have made several diagnostic procedures that excluded organic damage of the penis. It seems to me that you don’t believe the results of the diagnostic procedures and urologists. At your age, in your early 20's, it is more common that erectile dysfunction is caused by functional reasons than organic. You can complete the remaining diagnostic procedures and it would be very good for you if stop using ecstasy and marijuana.
