yrs. we used to make love all the time.
in the begining I used to go 4 to 5 time
in a row with in 15 to 20 minutes regain
time . But lately my regain time period is
too much . some time it takes more than
6-7 hours to regain erection. and even
that is not very strong and middle of sex
it lose its hardness too. I m very worried
and afraid this thing might affect our
relation. need some kind of treatment.
what is normal time window to regain
erection? I was reading some where that it
could be 7 minutes to 7 days. not sure if
its a fact or a myth? my girlfriend
thinks its stamina problem and if I start
going to gym maybe it will fix it. but i
think my health has been same. its been
very frustrating lately need to know how
it can be fixed and is it normal or not?
because next day I am abel to perform as
normal , but its just if I try to do same
day then its a problem. please advise and
let me know if I need to see a doctor
about this. thank you

According to your description, it seems
that you can't achieve an erection after
ejaculation as quickly as you could
previously. Decreasing sexual intercourse
from 4-5 times to barely 2 times in a day
could mean something although 1-2
experiences of sexual intercourse might be
considered satisfactory. Going to gym is
useful for your general health but it
doesn’t seem to me that will improve
your sex life. You may need to check your
sex hormones: testosterone,
androstenedione, DHEA, FSH and LH. You can
consult an endocrinologist to follow up.
