Q: Help!

ok, i know this doesn't belong here and i did post it in the pregnancy forum but i don't know if anyone is reading that right now and i need someone to respond now!

i'm trying not to freak out here. i just went to the bathroom and there was a little bit of discharge in my underwear that was tinged with browny-pink. then there was a teensy-tiny bit more when i wiped. i've been feeling a little crampy these past couple days but i just thought it was maybe because i've been a little constipated.

advice? reassurance? anything?!

Did you have sex last night? Could be irritated cervix.

If you are at all concerned, please call your doctor.

nope, no sex. i've been feeling off and i didn't want to disrupt anything. i wouldn't really call what i've been feeling "cramps", i just chalked it up to mild constipation and my uterus stretching.

it was such a tiny tiny tiny amount and i just went to check and there was absolutely nothing.

I think since it was the brown/pink blood you should be fine, as this is normal in early pregnancy. It couldn't hurt to call your doctor tho.
If you start cramping to where it's really uncomfortable or you start seeing red blood in larger amounts, I'd go in ASAP.

i agree with Mandi... but my mom spotted throughout all 3 of her pregnancies. So it could be normal.

If it gets worse please go to the L&D ER.

I had that in the beginning with Jaylon too. My sister had a lot of spotting with her third boy. Put your feet up and try to relax. Take care

I had that in the beginning with Kaylee also. I freaked out just like I'm sure you're doing but everything turned out just fine! If you get too worried just call the doc!

if you are worried just call your doctor if you are a fisrt time mom they expect these kind of calls if you to give you peace of mind. But if it gets worse please call your docotr asap there are plenty of different reasons for spooting in early pregnacy some totally fine reason and soem not so fine reasons so at very least call your doctor on Monday and go in and see him/her.
good luck

How far along are you now Bridget? Sometimes if you are getting close to the time of the placenta attaching or something (my brain's not working) it can cause spotting?

My sisters had the same problem and their kids are fine.I really don't think you have much to worry about because it's normal. I would probably call a nurse or doc anyway just to make sure.
