hey, i took citalopram for 3mnths last year after i started getting really bad panic attacks, i felt fine while i was on it but wasnt comportable taking medication. this particular drug has low side effects compared to some of the others and can be very effective. i didnt suffer any side effects at all. i have been mostly fine during the year but my mother passed away a month ago and i have been feelin extremely anxious and depressed so may have to go back on something.

main symptoms of my panic attacks were racing heart and fear i was going insane, also i didnt eat for 5 days once. hope this helps x
