Swollen lymph nodes and red bumps on the penis are probably sign of some type of infection. You can visit some dermatovenerologist to be sure this time if there is something or not. Biochemical and microbiological examinations of the urine and sperm can be also requested to determine if there is a urinary-genital infection present or not.
