Abdominal pain is probably not connected with the headache. According to your description, your abdominal pain might originate from either the abdominal muscles, liver, gallbladder, right kidney, appendix or right ovary. It is impossible to assume a diagnosis without a physical examination (palpation), abdominal ultrasound and laboratory analyses (blood count, sedimentation rate, liver status, kidney status etc.) which you can request when you make an appointment with your general practitioner.
