Q: Coffee And Ttc Can I Have 1 Cup?

I have been TTC for 7 months I just started taking Fertility Blend and I have been taking Vitex for 2 months. However I hear women who are TTC say no caffeine? I need at lease 1 cup of coffee in the morning? Do I have to give my 1 cup of coffee up to concieve? Rolling Eyes

There is no reason for you to give up your one cup of coffee. When I was pregnant with my daughter I was go crazy with no caffine and vented to my obgyn about it. She told me that as long as i didn't have more than one cup a day it would be fine to drink some. Just dont over do it and def no more than one cup.
