Q: Reduced Rate Or Free Medical Testing in Pennsylvania ????

Please help me.

My partner of 13 years has just been diagnosed with diabetes and liver disease. He has no health insurance and has been able to see a doctor; however, we cannot afford all of the tests that are needed. We do not know what type of liver disease he has or at what stage it is. I am trying to get Pennsylvania state insurance for him but am not hopeful about him qualifying.

Does anyone know of any medical schools in Pennsylvania, New York or New Jersey that do reduced rate or free medical testing. My partner is loosing weight very rapidly and I am afraid we do not have much time.

Thank you
