I am 15 and now on birth control it is 90% effective I am still a virgin and am willing to loose my virginity to my loving boyfriend cory curtis. We have been seeing each other for about a year now. I dunno whether I should wait til I get married or loose it to my 1st love. Advice.............
I could get pregnant but I love kids and would love to have one day but should I take the risk of having one sometime soon? Rolling Eyes Mad

Honey, I would say wait. If you love each other then you can wait. Don't lose something that precious at 15. Hang on to it. I'm not saying you should wait for marriage but the reality is that at 15 relationships usually don't last that long.

Dont do it. Loves will always come and go. You have your first love but what about your true love? The one you marry. Dont you want to have that special moment with him because you are in love with him and it would have been worth the wait? Your 15. You surely do not know what love is. Its puppy love. Are you willing to put the risk for having a baby with a cory that will leave you once he finds out your pregnant? It should be better to know that you are having a baby...But starting a family with your husband. Your too young to even think about being a mother. It wont be about you and your parties and your car and your graduation party. Now its more like: the babies milk, diapers, medicine, clothes, crib and on and on. You learn to get a job, go to night school have help from your mom for babysitting and anything else to help you get by. There are programs to help financially like wic, food stamps, child support (if the dad is gone), medical and others. Your social life will be over. Even though you have your best friends, they move on because they dont want to stick behind and babysit. I made a good choice. I lost my social life too for my sister so she wont be alone. But its ok now cuz im getting married and we still stick by my little sister. Hopefully all young girls learn from examples that having sex has consequenses and they lose everything by having a baby. Sure some parts are exciting but the rest is a mission. Think real hard about it. Your 15. You will have alot of love in your life, trust me.

Sweetie, if you are unsure of your decisions I would advise on waiting until later! Secondly, your chances of getting pregnant on the pill is very minimal and is even smaller since you have been on it for a while. I believe the protection is 98%. I don't know though since I was never on birth control. Anyway I am not saying to wait until your married, or go out today and have sex, but I am saying wait until it feels 'right'. When its right you won't second guess yourself! Good luck and best wishes!

You see because you are so young you will have alot of that coming. Maybe not as bad but guy think about sex only and thats all they care about (young guys at least) and they will say thing to make you feel like hes the one you want to have sex with. I hope you didnt have sex with him and you will wait until you are married to be pure for your husband.

Birth Control Isnt Always 99% Effective!
Hi-
just to let you know before anyone does anything drastic, birth control is not always 99% effective! Trust me, I know. Lol. I was on the patch and I had unprotected sex with my fiance. Well, even though he pulled out, I am 4 months pregnant with my daughter. The doctor told me that I just happen to be that 1 in 100. I do know several people who have gotten pregnant on birth control. It all depends on your hormones. So, please be careful.
