Q: Dizziness, Uncontrollable Eye Movement, Puking

My friend has been having the following 3 Symptoms:

1. Continue Dizziness
2. Eyes moving uncontrollably, going up and down
3. Puking

She is currently at UCLA medical Center. The doctor has performed CT Scan, X Rays, ...etc (any scans for cancer). Basically any test can be done has been done. The doctor has tried different medicine and has minimal effect.

Can anyone help on this?
