I picture a woman in an office with her feet in stirrups, a nurse at her head and a doctor between her legs.

(Is that odd? Neutral)

I always think of a live embryo, in the womb.

What does a live embryo look like? What does a dead embryo look like?

Exactly as it does in a text book. I did see my embryo when I miscarried and it looked like those i'd seen in every biology text book I read, except it was whiteish, large black 'eye' and arms had formed.

Did that feel strange to see it? That's not a leading/trick question, I just wondered how it felt. I think I'd just stare at it for ages.

A little I guess. I did stare at it for quite some time. It made what had happened more real to me. I guess if it had been a planned/wanted pregnancy then it may have been more difficult you know...Definately one of the strangest things I've experienced! Confused

Haha XD Why!? That's hilarious ^^ But I just changed it so now everyone is confused!! This is the avatar Birch is talking about I think:

(he does kinda look like a fetus doesn't he?)

As for me, I think picture aborted embryos and fetuses. Those images don't bother me. I also picture living embryos/fetuses, and pro-life protesters.

So you think rape is consensual?
Where did you get that idea?
It is sick people like you that have made rape a joking matter.

Part 2.
Keep it zipped and it won't matter how wide open my legs are!!
I am in no mood for new trolls today; kindly take it elsewhere. If you are incapable of reading the many many threads on this board or others that is to your shame. Get educated.. come back later.

I didn't get "rape is consentual" from that. She said, "rape is the only time it is acceptable to have an abortion. All other times it is selfish."

And why would a raped woman not be selfish for getting an abortion? She'd still be killing her child (as pro-life likes to word it).

Depending on the stage, butI picture something that doesn't look like a delivered baby, but has growth on it and if it was 6 weeks along. One could tell it was "a baby" developing,

At 6 weeks you can't tell it is a "baby" developing O.o. Are you aware that at 6 weeks, the embryos of fish, pigs, humans, monkeys and chickens all look nearly identical!?

I can see a baby developing in both of these pictures.. 6 weeks and 10 weeks.. they may look like an Alien to you eiri But I think if you showed these pitures to a person they would tell you it is a delveloping baby! Fetus

6 weeks

10 weeks

For amusement's sake I just asked my 2 and a half year old son what the pics Meblonde has posted were of. The first one he thought was a pony Laughing but the second one there was no hesitation and he said it was a baby.

I think of the look of the embryo on the screen when i went for my 12 week scan, i don't know why, probably because that's what it looks like around the time when abortions are performed
