According to your description of painful and prolonged menstruation, it seems that you are experiencing menorrhagia with dysmenorrhea. These symptoms can be due to endometriosis, a myoma, a polyp in the uterus, infection and other organic disorders of the uterus. You have to visit your gynecologist to find out the reason for these painful and prolonged menstruations. A vaginal examination and ultrasound examination would be required in order to diagnose the problem.
