Q: Bone? Or Muscle?

Recently I've been having a pain in my lower back. Its always in the same place, but comes and goes. Its off to the left side, right where there is a bone that I'm assuming is part of the pelvis? It hurts most when I step. I work as a cashier so I'm on my feet all day, which I suppose caused this, but I have no idea if its the bone, or if its muscular.

What does it sound like to you guys?

It sounds to me like you have a sacral torsion. an osteopathic physician could help with this.
