Q: Lump near my tonsil - throat infection?
asked by: DoctorQuestion on August 30th, 2007
About 2 weeks ago I noticed a pea size lump near my tonsil. It is round about 3 mm in size painless with a whitishyellow center. Does not bleed and does not hurt. Also has not changed in size. What could this be as It does concern me.

A “pea size lump with white-yellowish centre near the tonsil” has to be seen by doctor - it might be some infection and needs to be diagnosed.
