Q: 11 Days Late, Negative Hpt, Alot of Symptoms

I am currently 11 days late. I took a hpt this morning and it was neg. I have a lower back ache, slight cramping (on and off), extreme fatigue, frequent urination and I checked my cm yesterday and it was white and sticky. I am married and it is possible for me to be pregnant based on our activity, but why is the test coming back negative? I am not able to get a doctor's appointment for at least 3 weeks from today. What do you think? Should I test again at home, and when?? I have heard of some women just having low HCG, but I don't know if this is me or not as I've never been pregnant before. The waiting is KILLING ME! HELP!

Also, I forgot...I have blue veins on my breasts, and they sort of ache but they aren't really sore. They are a little bigger though.
