Okay, last night me and my girlfriend were having sex.
She was on top and at some point it felt like she came down wrong, and hurt my penis.
Right when it happen i lost my erection and felt massive amounts of pain, i almost cried. Sad
There is no blood. But now it seems like my sac has a bruise on it.
And i still feel pain.
I can get and maintain and erection.
It doesnt hurt to use the bathroom.
But there is pain if my penis is moved around to much.
Plus it seems like the left side of the sac is swollen.
I dont have insurance and i dont have a doctor so i dont want to go to the emergency room unless i really have to.
There is also pain below the testicals but above the butt.
im really worried.
Oh and i can also ejaculate if that makes a differece.

I think you just need to give the tissues a week or two to heal. They may very well be bruised! Apply ice if it hurts too much and to reduce swelling; asprin is also good for this. I would abstain from sexual activity until the bruising is gone.

If the bruising changes dramatically or looks much worse, you need to go to the Emergency Room or schedule an appointment for the next day. Your 'nads are nothing to ignore!

It sounds like you are healing in an acceptable amount of time.

It's very normal for one testicle to be lower. I honestly think guys never bother looking at their groin until something bad happens to it :/

Then go to a doctor. Only he or she can tell you what's wrong.

I agree. It's normal for one to be lower than the other. But if you really think it's changed, you will want to get checked out.
