Q: Shooting pains from my right breast to my nipple
asked by: DoctorQuestion on August 30th, 2007
I am 32 years old. I have been having shooting pains from my right breast to my nipple. I know its normal before and during my period , but how about 2 weeks after my period? There is no discharge or discolored. Should I be concerned?

Shooting pain in one breast should first be examined by a GP with a physical examination (palpation). Mammography or ultrasound can be performed later, if necessary.
