Q: Constant Bladder/liver Infections

Does anyone know why you would get one infectiomn raight after another is it always because it was not treated right the first time, Have a greenish pee and on yet another antibioti to et rid of the infection. I take the meds but have not had antibioics for the few years. am very confused why this is happening. I am a clean person, I wash regularly.
help any input would be great
