How long after sex did you notice this white powder? It could have been a ton of things! It could have been your own discharge, or from the condom.
Condoms are very safe when used right. If it has been less than 48-72 hours, you could go get a prescription for the morning after pill, or get one over the counter if you're over the age of 18.
Have you had a pap smear yet? If you're sexually active, now is the time to get one. You can get free birth control pills too!
