According to the product declaration, ZMA-2 contains Zinc Monomethionine Aspartate, Magnesium Aspartate and Vitamin B6. These are all natural products. There aren’t any known side effects from their usage, especially not premature ejaculation.

Premature ejaculation is typically experienced by young men your age with little sexual experience. Premature ejaculation is a functional disorder that is usually due to anxiety and not because of taking some supplements. You will need support and tolerance from your partner to overcome this problem. If your relationship is based on love (not only on sex) you will succeed.

In order to treat PE, first, you can try using condom to make the penis less sensitive. If it doesn’t help you can ask expert help from a mental health doctor. Antidepressants (SSRI) are sometimes used for treating premature ejaculation.
