http://ehealthforum.com/health/topic103096 .html
Well I don't know exactly what discharge is but while i was taking my medicine I noticed two mornings after i took a shower a clear thinner than sperm liquid came out of my penis. It's happened a couple of times also now that i'm off my meds. What do you guys think it is? If you didn't read the link i posted then i wanted to say i've never had sex so it shouldn't be any kind of STD.

Apparently no one has an answer for you. I suggest asking your doctor. If it's not smelly it doesn't sound dangerous.
