Aids?

Ok , i'm kind of freakin out here. I had unprotected oral with someone and got the stuff in my mouth. It happened about a month ago I would say... and now I have flu symptoms. I have had a runny nose, stuffed up sinuses, and a sore throat/ cough for about three days now. There are little white spots on my private area (underneath) and when u squeeze, white stuff comes out ( not alot). I really am getting nervous about HIV and everything. I don't know if the person I performed the acts with had it or not but I'm afraid to ask them. I also have been getting suddenly tired for the past week once a day at least. I'm really scared, someone please give me help or advice ... anything to take my mind of this
