Breast cancer is a very unlikely and almost impossible diagnosis for men at your age in their early teens. The “painful lumps” behind the nipples are in fact the breasts themselves. The pain you are experiencing could be due to the hormonal changes that your body is going trough at this period of your life (puberty). In any case, you may consult your GP for clarity.
