i am a 13YO boy, and i have lumps that are around 1inch in diameter behind each nipple. they hurt when pressed and move when pushed.

i could REALLY use some help as i have my whole life ahead of me and i don't want the burdian of cancer on my shoulders!!!
Breast cancer is a very unlikely and almost impossible diagnosis for men at your age in their early teens. The âpainful lumpsâ behind the nipples are in fact the breasts themselves. The pain you are experiencing could be due to the hormonal changes that your body is going trough at this period of your life (puberty). In any case, you may consult your GP for clarity.
