Q: Facial palsy ? My face seems to be assymetrical

I recently became aware of a bit of asymmetry on my face. I realize that this is completely normal, and at first I didn't see it as a big deal. After examining it more, I've realized that it seems as if the right side of my face is specifically "droopy" and my left and right profile look very different. I tried to find more information on this and came across facial palsy. The conditions I saw associated with this looked much more severe, but I have had instances where upon turning my neck there was a sharp burning pain. I've also had severe eye twitching in the past (though not recently). Also, while raising my eyebrows the wrinkles on my forehead reveal a slant to the right side. This is all as if the right side of my forehead is weak. Considering this, I'm wondering if I may have some kind of mild facial palsy.
