Cosmetic Surgery Prices Thailand Vs Houston

I have been looking at prices and from what I am seeing prices between Thailand and Houston are not tremendously different.

Breast augmentation in Houston $4100 Thailand $3100

Other procedures similar differences. It would be more fun in Thailand...that is for sure....and possibly better care, skill and service.

Add the cost of the trip and everything and there doesn't seem to be much if any savings.

It may be that Houston is much cheaper than say Boston or other cities...I have no idea but would love to hear others feedback and opinions.

My research may be way off. I'm looking for guidance and advice.
