I'd have my own vegan/natural cafe/restaurant that would only sell local and free trade products and would have a little stage area for bands and entertainment!

Name one thing on your kitchen counter.
My Vegan with a Vengeance cook book.
.

Hey I am looking to start something new! Wanna move to the states and join forces? That is what I am working toward, but probably not for at least the next 2 years. Maybe you will be done with school by then...

Yes! Do you have any idea where abouts you would want to go in the states? I don't have a passport right now, but it's in the works. What type of project do you have in mind? The vegan community in Canada is so weak, I definitely need to go where it's less fringe. Do you not enjoy England, or are you getting bored and just want to expand? (I've been to England)

Colorado. The city I live in is just waking up and ready for new things. I want to open a Gluten Free bakery and cafe with only vegetarian food. (Vegan too) I don't live in England. I live (I'm about to spill it, so erase this from your memory, everyone) in Colorado right at the foot of the Rocky mountains. It's beautiful, wide open, unbelievably gorgeous, and the people here are very friendly!
