I am 37 weeks and 5 days prego. I went to my weekly Dr. appt today and was dialated 2 cm. I was hoping for more. What can I do to speed this up? And I have heard of people getting induced when they are 2-3 cm dialated. When I go back to the dr. next week and Im dialated 3 cm will they do anything? Or just let it take its coursE?

There is no need to induce delivery at 37 weeks. Delivery should happen between the 38th and 42nd week of pregnancy, so you have 4 more weeks to wait.
