Stomach, Ulcers, Gastric Bypass, and Colon Disorders Answ
Pain under the right ribcage that radiates to the back could indicate some kind of gallbladder disorder such as gallstones or inflammation. A negative ultrasound examination excluded gallstones, but gallbladder inflammation is still an option.
Another possibility is the you are experiencing a stomach or duodenal ulcer. Peptic ulcers care diagnosed via gastroscopy.

Diarrhea could indicate some kind of intestinal infection but that can be proven only with microbiological examination of the stools.

You can request the following laboratory analyses in order to help diagnose the symptoms you are experincing: blood count, liver status, sedimentation, kidney status, pancreatic enzymes etc. You'll want to consult an internist about your condition.
