Q: Large Bump In Pubic Region Above Penis

Hi

I have a large bump that appeared suddenly after masterbation located above the penis in the pubic area. It was painful to the touch the first day but the pain is completely gone now. It's been 3 days since it first appeared and the swelling has decreased. It's irregularly shaped and does not itch. Im not sure what it is?Could it be a cancerous growth? Swollen lymph nodes? sebacious cyst?

It sounds like a cyst of some kind and since it seems to be going away, I wouldn't worry.
