Well, after seeing one doctor that said to try stretching which I feel didn't work, and another that said go for circumcision, I may try stretching my foreskin again because I don't know if I want to go through with a circumcision.

I can say from reading on the Internet that i've seen Phimosis cases much worse and tighter that mine.

The only thing I can't stand is touching the head of my penis. I try stretching and then if I even touch the head by accident for a second I can't stand it. Its so sensitive that it almost hurts to touch it.

Are you using lube when you stretch? That can help reduce the sensitivity of the head of the penis and make it hurt less if you touch it.

No... But today I tried stretching after masturbating so it was still lubed up, and it seemed easier to stretch. I was able to pull back the skin further than ever but even then its not a huge improvement.

Is it possible to cure tight foreskin from stretching but then have your skin tighten up again?

I don't think the skin becomes tight again; the stretching is permanent.

There's also a cream that can be prescribed to help with a tight foreskin. I think it's either steriod or estrogen cream.

Look for a foreskin-friendly doctor if you don't find success in stretching it yourself. Many doctors in the US (even now) are being taught nothing about the foreskin in medical school - they're only taught how to chop it off. Shocked

Just be as gentle as possible when stretching. If you overdo it you could cause some tearing. Sounds like using lube helps a bit. You could also try sitting in a warm bath for 15 minutes before trying to stretch it.

Well my father will be taking me to see a doctor in a few hours, I think hes a urologist actually...

I just really hope he can give me good advice on what to do, after looking more into circumcision I REALLY don't want to go through with it. It just seems like such a horrible procedure. I couldn't stand having a surgeon chop off a part of my penis and go through pain after, then have crappy sex for the rest of my life. Sad

Wow this issue is making me so damn depressed. Sad

The doctor I went to didn't really help very much... He said i'll have to get cut and when I asked about stretching all he said was it might not work in my case.

I feel so messed up... I can't believe I have to go through with circumcision.

Circumcision is not the end of the world! It actually works a lot cleaner and better on older guys because the penis is larger and the foreskin is already detached. Plus, you will finally have a properly functioning penis. A lot of men are circumcised.

Wow... I really think I won't have to go for circumcision.

I can't believe it... I did some stretching last night then pulled the skin back. I did the same just right now and i've never exposed so much of my glans before. I just kept pulling back and the skin actually went further down as I pulled but just enough so it didn't hurt or anything.

If this is the progress i'm getting from just 2 days then I really think I can cure this myself within 1-2 months.

I'm going to get the cream back from my doctor because I lost my old one. I really hope this works out. The only problem I have is touching the glans, its just too sensitive.

My plan is to keep pulling it back everynight and eventually, if I am able to pull it back completely while flaccid, then I will leave the foreskin pulled back and just leave it there so I can just adjust a bit.

Once I lose the painful sensitivity of my glans while flaccid, it will stay that way while errect right? If so, then I plan to lose the sensitivity first before actually trying to do more stretching while errect. I feel it will be much easier this way.

Yes. Once you lessen the sensitivity it will be like that flaccid or hard.
