Yes, you can get pregnant on birth control. But it's really unlikely especially when you take your pills correctly and aren't taking medication that interferes with them. It sounds like a UTI to me.

Thanks. I've been drinking tons of water and cranberry juice as well as taking cranberry pills. So far it's beginning to feel a little better. I just hate this makes me feel.
