It's somewhat hard to describe, but for the last day and a half, a dull ache can be felt whenever I move the right testicle. Not a sharp pain, but it almost feels like maybe I hit it somehow without knowing it or something, and it's hard to locate exactly the source of the pain.

I tried looking up things online to see what different conditions there are, but nothing seems to really cover a "dull ache," so it's kind of bothering me. Any help would be fantastic.

if your getting a dull ache in your testicle you might have testiculat cancer but dont worry its very treatable theses days. other signs along with dull aches in the groin are a pulling sensation or heaviness in the scrotum, pain or discomfort in a testicla, tenderness or enlargement of a testicle,a lump on a testicle. testicular cancer in found in males between the age of 15 to 40. give your self a quick check by holding your scrotum in both hands and use your fingers and thumbs to examine one testicle at a time gently.
good luck mate
