Sexual Health - Women Forum - U.t.i Cause Missed Period?

Hi.. I recently had a uti and it caused me great pain and I of course got over the uti and a couple of days later I should have had my period which I did not have and still haven't had. It has been 5 days now. Most of the time my period is regular. But I was wanting to know if a uti can cause a missed period. I have no other symptoms of pregnancy besides the missed period please someone help. I have no children and I am only 19.

Like I said on your other post, take a test! It's the only way you'll know for sure.

Well this is the first posting I have written and I was just curious if this has happened to anyone else. That is why I posted in case it has happened. I am not for sure. You don't need to be so rude.

UTI causing post poned period

currently having the same problem as well, read somewhere that if you exceed 35 days without a period you're pregnant. Still getting over a uti and have one day left till I hit the 35 mark, what all happened for you?
