alright, this is pretty hard to explain but i'll give it a shot. When I'm with my gf, and i get stimulated for awhile, i'll often get testicle pains(the tubes hurt slightly and the bag things on my nuts hurt a little bit more). The tubes that lead to my nuts enlarge a little bit, but they don't really hurt that much at all.
The pain usually goes away completely after like anywhere from 10-60mins. I do NOT get these pains any other time, even when i masturbate.

so, anyone got any idea what's up?

Go to the urologist... that's not normal.

You don't have to tell them all the details. Just tell them that you are having some weird pain in your private areas and you think you need to go to the doctor to get it checked out. They don't need to come in with you, either. Just tell them that you'd be more comfortable alone with the doc because it's personal (embarassing!) and then you can tell the doc everything. The doc won't tell your parents about the girlfriend part.

ok, i'll go that way with it lol. Hmm, so anyone have any ideas of what this could be?

Other information that might help is that I'm 17, and still a virgin, so it shouldn't be STD related.

Not true. STD's can be transmitted through oral sex as well.

A couple months ago I had some pain in the testes, it felt as if someone kicked me there. They were sensitive to pain and sore to the touch. The bag part was also swollen, i believe the tubes were too. Im just about your age, 18 btw.

I went to the doctors because the pain would even hurt my stomach (like i said, it felt like I had just been kicked). I was told I had Epidydimitis. Its a common infection/swelling in the testes. The doctor told me its common in men my age. A little medication and I was better. I believe it can return though, so it you feel pain again, go back.

DO NOT let this keep going. If this is what I had, it can lead you being sterile (I believe thats if its in both testes. Better safe than sorry though)

Hope you get well soon
