37 yrs old, family history ovarian and breast cancer.

Mammo in May. Repeated, one view mass seen, but not another. Repeat involved several additional images taken, and the mass disappeared in compression, so it was deemed fine. Elevated CA125 and ovarian mass. TAH/BSO 5 weeks ago, endometriosis. I am not yet on HRT until all these other things are sorted out, but will ask docs if I can take antidepressants.

Throughout all this, I have had pain in collar bone, under arms, between collar bone and underarms, various points all around my breasts, and just under my breasts (near bottom of rib cage), burning feeling under left arm. At one point, the lymph node under my left arm was swollen, but disappeared. I can now feel the lymph nodes on both sides of my collar bone. There are prominent blue lines running across my breasts. I have slight pit marks over my breasts and red spots between them that look like they are oozing but are not, and little zit-like bumps that are hard under my breasts. I've had a low-grade fever (99s) accompanied by feelings of warmth and chills (not menopause symptoms).

Saw primary last week for these and other symptoms (am also being screened for autoimmune disorders CRP was elevated (27.9), but everything else was normal/negative). She ordered US of right breast, underarm, and the collar bone lymph node, but not the left (why?). Lymph node looked benign (can you tell from US?), that nothing under the arm or in the breast, but they did see a dilated duct behind the nipple and that it had debris. The radiologist this usually results in nipple discharge, usually bloody. He was surprised I told him I had had none. He said further assessment would need to be done, but could not elaborate as to what that would be. My primary and obgyn are out of the office until later this week, so I have no further info.

Thank you so much!

Extremely eHealthy
1st of all welcome to ehealth! Dr's always seem to leave when you need them the most but sometimes it takes time to get the results of the tests back. Are there other dr's or ob/gyn's in the office where you go that might be able to hlp you out? And don't forget, you always have a right to a second opinion or even a 3rd opinion or more. My Dr, tells me that getting asecond opinion is a good idea. I understand, I don't like this waiting game either! I do wish you all the best. You can always call the Dr. on call if you feel you need to start on antidepressants they might give you a few to get started with until you are able to see your regular Dr. but remember that sometimes it takes awhile for your system to get used to the antidepressants and there are times you have to change them until you get the right ones. Good Luck to you and keep us posted. I wish I could be more help!

I called the office of my primary to see if they got the US report. They did. Her nurse will have her look at it first thing in the morning. Apparently, only my obgyn can order the MRI or biopsy, so I guess I just sit and wait. I am going to mention bypassing that and just going to the breast clinic. I'm in no hurry to get on the antidepressants, as I've taken one before and know it will help enough to get me through.

Thank you for your reply!
