My niece is two years old. She is diagnosed with excema. However, currently she is experiencing a rash that is all over her body. She has already went to the doctor, who thought it was her excema, so they treated her with some more cream and a bathing solution. Almost a week has passed, and there has not been any progress. My neice is now running a fever, has puffy eyes, and a runny nose. She was taken to Urgent Care last night, and diganosed with Strep Throat. So far today, she is not feeling better. Any suggestions on what she might have?
