I used to regain eraction with in 15 minutes after sex and ready to go again, but lately its not working that way. it takes me now some time 4- 5 hours even that erection is not very strong. is it normal. whats the normal time frame to regain eraction? what could be the reason and how i can fix it.
i mean if its next day or something , i m good to go, but I want to be like good old days. ( 3 or 4 times in a row). . is it stamina problem ? please help.

Hi there, thank you for posting your question. My area of expertise is in human sexual dysfunction. I hope I can be of some small help to you.

In matters sexual there is no "average" or normal. Return of erections after intercourse is an individual thing and yearning for return of youthful vigor is a universal quest.Just be very careful about all that stuff they push at you through the Internet that promises to "Keep You Hard All Night" It simply does not work and in any case it is not a good idea to try and fix that which is not broken. No where is this more true that in matters sexual. Good luck.
