Q: Make My Hands & Feet Smaller...

Hi,

I was hoping someone here might be able to help me. You see I am really self conscious about my hands & feet, and I would love to be able to make them smaller and more refined looking (they are kind of fat and crooked). Does anyone know any exercises to change that or am I hopeless?

Crying or Very sad

this one's a bit hard and not sure if it's possible. If it was possible I think Paris Hilton would have had such a surgery long ago since her feet are clearly oversized O_O

Hands
My hands are big too. I hate them and am always self concious of them. Every other part of my body is in proportion, but my hands! When we go out to dinner and other occasions I always hide them by closing my hands into a clenched position. Or put them between my legs while sitting. No one really seems to notice that way. But once, when I had begun a new job, someone did mention my hands. I felt really upset and embarrassed. I would love to find that surgery would correct them, but I think that is im possible. I think I am stuck with them. My feet aren't much better, but at least I can hide them..but they aren't that bad. I just hate my hands and will always have a problem with them. I look at other girls and I never see any with hands like mine. I don't know how I have come to have hands like these ;( I am very upset with them and always loom at them and think....'ugh!'

large hands for a girl
I am turning 40 in a few weeks and have really started to be more critical of my appearance, but the one thing that I have ALWAYS hated were my hands. I have been told that they are 'man hands'. I even believe I have been dumped over them. I too was hoping for a miracle. I am going to a plastic surgeon on Monday and that is something I am going to inquire about. I too believe that will all the technology and changes we can make to ourselves that maybe this could be something that could be 'fixed' too.... I have to admit until I went online to see what I could find on the subject, I believed I was the only person born like this and I was just a "freak". I didn't realize that there were a bunch of women that felt the same way. BUT, I still believe if I could compare, I would still have monterous hands compared to theirs.

I always complain to my fiance about how my hands and feet look manly. He try's to reassure me that they are perfectly normal. I almost started to believed him, until his best friend commented on how manly my hands are and how my toes are incredibly long and big. Now I'm more self-conscious then ever!! If anyone knows if there is away to get a foot and hand reduction, please let me know!

I am a woman and have large hands and have had people comment on them. It upset me but then I decided that I had no control with what I was born with and it's really stupid that people should make you feel bad about it as though you had a choice. I am just grateful I have hands and do my best to look after them the best way I can and if someone comments on my hands I try to find something about them that is negative to comment on and if their blessed with wholesome good looks than I comment on their lack of manners and rudeness. That usually shuts them up!
