Neurological Disorders Forum - Sensitivity In Arm

I just began noticing last night that on my right arm... the right side of it is extremely sensitive to touch almost feels numb and tight when i touch it.. Odd thing is my boyfriend is experiencing the same thing other then he has a soreness to his arm.. Any idea what could be causing this? On our arm its from the elbow joint down to the wrist and only on the right side of the arm...
