Q: Why Can't I Keep My Arms Still?

Whenever I am lying in bed, sitting on the couch, or just relaxing in my computer chair, I can not keep my arms still no matter what I try. I keep thinking I am going to bump my humerus. And once it leaves my mind or I just ignore it, I feel the vein in my arm pulsing and it makes me squirm.

Please tell me what I should do.

I have this problem too. It usually happens in the evening but I haven't figured out what causes it. I know it happened one night after eating corn. It doesn't happen that often .
