Want to know how to survive without health insurance.Is any help available for unemployed bipolar in NY ?

You need to look into getting Medicaid (for low income) and/or Medicare (for some disabilities under age 65). These will help you pay for your medical expenses.

You need to talk to your doctor, case manager, or a social service agency local to you about getting on it. Here is a good reference site that may be able to get you started: http://www.h ealth.state.ny.us/health_care/medicaid/
