Increasing In Eosinophiles, Creates Pimples Or Acne Overbody

Hi all!!
I am facing one problem here!!
Few weeks back i suffered from intestinal worms(entamoeba histolytica) and after stool and blood test, i came to know bout that..my doc said to me that, your eosinophils are increasing and causes so and so problems..
so he gave me some medicines, and i took them...but somehow after some days i stopped taking medicines in between...and no further tests, no blood or stool tests...but now i am having some pimples over my body...is it due to increase value of eosinophils...
